On the Kitchen Mixer fixture, i specify many fittings, and this one showed clean plating, solid brass feel, and smooth cartridge travel. Technical support confirmed thread standards by email; the service team verified replacement parts immediately. Packaging beat our previous supplier. Loved this faucet when I first saw it here in the site. It just looked so awesome and one that would certainly add some style to our kitchen. And yes, the faucet does work well and has no defects whatsoever, but the waiting time for this thing to arrive was certainly just unacceptable. I was almost ready to call them up and cancel my order, but good thing it arrived before I did.

I never thought I'd be so impressed with a faucet, but this one is really something worth talking about. Design-wise, it really looks beautiful, and  it goes very well with the traditional style kitchen we're aiming for. The functions are quite good, too. I particularly enjoy the LED lights.
