Our hotel purchasing team spent too much time chasing an accurate delivery date after the original estimate changed. A proactive update would have prevented most of the frustration. The completed restrooms fortunately tell a more positive story. These gold waterfall faucets provide a distinctive hospitality look, and the warm finish adds enough visual impact to elevate the vanity area without requiring an overly elaborate surrounding design.

For a hospitality order, I expected the post-sale experience to be more polished. Questions took time to answer and there wasn't much sense that anyone was actively keeping us informed. That's where the two stars come from. Looking only at the finished restroom, I'd rate it differently. The gold waterfall faucet gives the vanity a premium focal point and doesn't have the institutional appearance we wanted to avoid.
