For several days the delivery estimate remained unclear, and nobody proactively explained when we should realistically expect the order. That made planning harder than necessary. Once received, the brushed nickel hospitality faucet changed my overall impression. The finish has a restrained upscale appearance, and the automatic waterfall configuration works nicely in a guest-facing restroom where both presentation and hands-free operation matter.

Communication after the purchase could have been much better. I received an estimated delivery date, but it changed and I wasn't proactively notified about what was happening. The faucet itself was thankfully a different story. The brushed nickel finish looks refined in the hospitality setting, and the automatic operation adds the modern touch we were looking for.
