Slow shipping	January 6, 2022

If any, the shower set works just fine. I actually think that it works better than I expected it to. The only concern I have about the slow shipping. I wouldn't mind waiting a few days or so and an extra week, now that's something else. The shower set is good, but you're going to have to be patient with the shipping.

One arm missing	January 6, 2019

I was sorely diasspaointed when the plumber told me that one of the arms was missing. At first I thought I might have dropped it somewhere after I opened the package, but I don't think so. So I called to have the missing piece sent, and though it did take quite a while, it did come and we were able to install the whole thing two weeks after the first order arrived.

This was the most expensive fixture in my bathroom and I hope it was worth it. So far I can say the finish is just great, the water flow is strong enough even if we are talking about quite a large shower head, and the lights make a cozy atmosphere. I hope it will keep in the long run so I have no regrets.
