Following several hospitality restroom retrofit projects completed between 2021 and 2025 where older automatic soap dispensers repeatedly suffered from unstable infrared activation, inconsistent soap flow, and delayed shutoff timing during heavy guest operation, we upgraded multiple facilities to this Florence commercial dispenser system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained considerably stronger than previous deck-mounted dispensing fixtures maintained in comparable luxury environments. Earlier dispensing systems frequently required repeated recalibration near reflective wall materials and often produced irregular soap output under fluctuating refill-pressure conditions, whereas this dispenser maintained highly stable motion detection with balanced dispensing performance throughout continuous daily usage. Previous commercial units also struggled with overflow concerns and excessive soap consumption under peak traffic conditions, while this system maintained noticeably stronger dispensing precision with fewer maintenance interruptions overall. Several installations initially required slight sensitivity refinements because of varying countertop placement and sink depth, but once calibrated the dispensing consistency, infrared timing stability, and servicing reliability remained highly dependable across all operating facilities.
