This was the third bathroom renovation I had completed for the same client, so expectations were understandably high. Their previous shower required frequent diverter adjustments and uneven flow between outlets, creating constant frustration. After installing this three-function system, the difference became obvious during the first week of use. The controls remained smooth, switching between functions felt precise, and the water distribution stayed consistent every morning. Twenty months later, I still haven't received a single service request from this project, and the homeowner continues recommending my company specifically because of this installation.
