Rather than dealing with another brushed-nickel dispenser that required frequent recalibration and inconsistent soap delivery, we installed this Denver solid-brass automatic dispenser across several healthcare and executive-office restroom upgrades completed between 2022 and 2025. By 2026, the operational consistency remained noticeably stronger than previous sensor dispensers maintained in comparable environments. Earlier systems frequently struggled with unstable infrared activation, irregular soap output, and refill-related interruptions during heavy daily usage, whereas this dispenser maintained dependable motion detection and balanced dispensing performance throughout continuous operation. Maintenance personnel also appreciated the solid-brass construction and easier servicing access compared to several older units previously installed. One installation required a minor sensor adjustment because of reflective stone surfaces nearby, but after calibration the dispenser continued operating reliably with very few service requests. The brushed-nickel finish also held up well under demanding cleaning schedules.
