This project replaced an earlier smart shower that repeatedly suffered communication failures and unreliable controls. The homeowners were understandably cautious about investing in another connected system. We selected this model after carefully reviewing its engineering, installation approach, and support documentation. Since completion, the experience has been completely different. The phone controls remain dependable, the thermostatic regulation is exceptionally stable, and every advanced feature continues functioning exactly as expected. After nearly two years, there have been no repeat failures, warranty visits, or unexpected maintenance costs, making this replacement decision one of the most successful upgrades on the project.
