Our luxury rental properties previously generated occasional guest comments about inconsistent shower comfort rather than equipment failures. We replaced several older systems with this model to improve the overall experience instead of waiting for breakdowns. The difference became obvious within the first few months because guest feedback shifted from complaints to compliments about water coverage and ease of operation. After almost two years, the maintenance team has performed only routine cleaning and inspections. Improving the guest experience while reducing maintenance attention made this upgrade an easy decision for future renovations.
