Technical FAQs

Commercial solid-brass faucet and automatic soap dispenser with Infrared AI sensing, AC/DC operation and adjustable automatic shutoff.

✥ Sensor Calibration Procedure? +
Complete commissioning after the faucet, dispenser, basin and surrounding fixtures are installed. The micro-computer controlled sensor automatically adjusts its optimum detection zone according to lavatory color and geometry.
◇ Dual Sensor Coordination? +
Verify that the faucet and soap-dispenser sensing fields operate independently. Maintain suitable spacing between both devices so hand placement at one sensor does not unintentionally activate the adjacent unit.
◯ Hydraulic Checks During Installation? +
Flush the supply piping before final connection, inspect the included hoses and fittings and confirm stable dynamic water pressure within the specified 10–125 PSI range before commissioning the electronic valve.
↻ Automatic Shutoff Operation? +
The faucet is factory configured for approximately 30-second automatic shutoff and can be adjusted. Confirm positive solenoid closure after the user leaves the sensing field during final commissioning.
⌁ Infrared Sensor Operation? +
The faucet incorporates Infrared AI smart-chip sensing for completely touch-free activation. Keep the sensor window clean and free of reflective or permanent objects that may interfere with detection.
⌂ Operating Water Pressure? +
BathSelect specifies approximately 0.5–7.0 kg/cm², also listed as 10–125 PSI. Verify dynamic pressure at the installed fixture to confirm stable commercial operation.
⚡ Power Supply Options? +
The electronic system supports AC110V and DC6V operation with an AC/DC power option. Verify protected electrical routing and secure connections before energizing the sensor and water-resistant solenoid enclosure.
⌕ Routine Maintenance Requirements? +
Periodically clean both sensor windows, inspect the faucet outlet and soap delivery path, check hoses and electrical connections and verify dependable solenoid shutoff during scheduled maintenance.

4 of 5 Washroom Identity Strengthened Wednesday, June 17, 2026
Reviewer: Alison Weatherby from West Hollywood, CA
Beauty-suite clients notice details that disappear in ordinary commercial environments, so coordinating the faucet and soap dispenser in rose gold had real value for this project. The dual sensor arrangement keeps the handwashing sequence touchless while giving the vanity a much more deliberate appearance than mixed components would have achieved. Staff monitored soap replenishment closely during opening month and quickly established a routine. The system now supports both the visual brand and daily hygiene workflow without feeling overly complicated.

5 of 5 Cross Activation Prevented Friday, May 1, 2026
Reviewer: Logan Montgomery, Analyst from Sioux Falls, SD
Our engineering consultants specifically evaluated the dual sensors to ensure soap dispensing would not interfere with faucet activation in closely spaced wash stations. After more than a year of continuous operation, both sensors continue functioning independently with consistent response characteristics and no observable cross-triggering events.

4 of 5 Delays Reduced Tuesday, March 24, 2026
Reviewer: Delilah Fairchild, Plumbing Consultant from Cape Charles, VA
Deploying decorative dual-sensor restroom systems across luxury hospitality projects frequently revealed recurring concerns involving delayed activation, inconsistent soap output, and finish-maintenance demands. Following installation of this Rose Gold Dual Sensor System between 2022 and 2025, operational reliability remained considerably stronger than previous decorative combinations. Earlier fixtures frequently generated user complaints because of delayed response and uneven dispensing cycles, whereas this unit maintained dependable sensor detection and coordinated faucet-soap operation throughout repeated daily usage. Housekeeping teams also noted fewer maintenance-related interruptions through 2026.
