A commercial renovation schedule leaves little room for unanswered product questions, and our mechanical subcontractor had to spend additional time validating this unit before procurement could release it. Once the installation requirements were confirmed, field work proceeded normally and the completed fixture has not created operational concerns. That distinction is important. Three stars reflects avoidable preconstruction uncertainty rather than dissatisfaction with the installed product. Better published technical information would reduce contractor assumptions, accelerate submittal review, and make the unit easier to specify confidently on repeat projects.
