The bathtub arrived later than advertised, and there wasn't a proactive message explaining the revised schedule. With an item this large, knowing the delivery timing matters, so that part was inconvenient. The Princeton bathtub itself made the experience easier to overlook. Its white acrylic form has a clean, substantial appearance, and the generous freestanding design gives the bathroom the relaxing focal point I wanted.

A bathtub is not an order you want to have uncertain shipping information on, and that was my biggest frustration here. I had contractors waiting for a reliable arrival date while the estimate kept feeling less certain. When the Princeton bathtub finally arrived and we could see it in the room, the frustration eased. The large white acrylic design has a clean luxury feel and gives the bathroom the centerpiece we were hoping for.
