The unit is designed in a way that supports cleaner installation and more efficient follow-up maintenance, which is important when managing multiple restrooms across one property. Customer support added confidence on the specification side as well. BathSelect responded with useful technical guidance rather than canned replies, which makes a difference during procurement and installation. Overall, the product aligns well with high-intent commercial requirements: responsive sensor operation, durable materials, easier service access, and finish quality suited to hospitality, office, and healthcare environments. As a Maintenance Supervisor, finish wear and corrosion were issues with previous brands. The BathSelect finish has remained intact with daily cleaning cycles. It maintains appearance and performance over time.
