My email received a slow response, and when the reply finally arrived it didn't completely answer the original question. Another message was needed before everything was clear. The shower system itself deserves the positive half of this review. Well constructed. Easy installation. Looks great. Modern and sleep. Beautiful water flow.The shower system was exactly as described, and had no problem with my installation. The shower head has a perfect distribution with its spray and works excellent with my home's water pressure.

I spent more time than expected chasing an update on this order. A promised response didn't come when expected, and I eventually had to initiate another conversation to find out what was happening. Once the system was installed, there was much less to complain about. Between the overhead shower, body jets and hand shower, there are plenty of options for everyday use, and the brushed nickel finish ties everything together nicely.
