Calls weren't answered when I first tried checking on the order, and reaching someone later took more persistence than expected. That portion of the purchase needs improvement. The faucet has been much easier to appreciate. Its matte black appearance gives our commercial restroom a clean contemporary edge, while automatic motion activation provides the hands-free operation that originally made this model appealing.

The frustrating part was getting a straight answer after the purchase. My question seemed simple, yet the first response didn't address it and I had to contact them again. Fortunately, the matte black automatic faucet has been far less troublesome. The sensor operation is convenient, and the dark finish gives the commercial sink a clean, contemporary edge.
