I've watched clients struggle with complicated digital controls that looked impressive but frustrated everyone after a few weeks. This touch-panel shower created the opposite experience. Even family members who rarely embrace new technology understood the controls almost immediately without needing written instructions. Months later, I returned to photograph the completed residence and intentionally asked everyone how often they still used the advanced features. Their answer surprised me—they use them every day because the interface feels obvious instead of complicated. That level of intuitive design is much harder to achieve than adding another digital feature.
