This StarLight Chrome shower system was installed during a custom residence where concealed plumbing tolerances were extremely limited. Before rough-in, I contacted BathSelect's engineering support to confirm valve depth, mounting dimensions, and pressure recommendations. The representative reviewed my layout carefully, provided updated installation drawings, and highlighted several alignment details that prevented unnecessary field corrections. The installation proceeded exactly as planned. Almost twenty-four months later, the thermostatic controls continue maintaining stable temperatures, the rainfall and handheld functions transition effortlessly, and the chrome finish remains exceptionally bright. Accurate installation guidance combined with technically knowledgeable support significantly reduced project risk and reinforced my confidence in specifying this model again.
