I had been reading DIY threads after problems with a previous shower setup, and the Roubaix 16" Square Ceiling Mounted Shower Head Arm Chrome Brass was a huge improvement. BathSelect gives better pressure balance, more refined controls, and noticeably stronger construction than the cheaper systems I replaced. The chrome finish looks far more premium in person. Installation was simpler than expected, the packaging was secure, and customer service answered my questions quickly. The overall finish and performance make it feel like a true premium fixture.
