5 of 5 Parts Availability Confirmed Sunday, July 5, 2026
Reviewer: Karen Collins, Coordinator from Portland, OR
As part of our preventive maintenance program, I routinely verify replacement part availability for premium plumbing fixtures long before any components are actually required. BathSelect quickly confirmed cartridge availability, replacement seals, handheld assemblies, and other serviceable parts for this vintage rose gold shower while providing detailed identification references for future maintenance records. Fortunately, none of those components have been needed because the system has operated flawlessly since installation. The exposed brass body remains exceptionally solid, the rainfall head provides excellent coverage, and every control still feels precise after extensive daily use. Reliable replacement part support is one of the strongest indicators of a manufacturer committed to long-term product ownership.
