    After completing the installation of this vintage rose gold shower system, I contacted BathSelect with a few questions about long-term maintenance and valve servicing. The technical representative answered everything during the initial call, but what impressed me most was receiving a follow-up email two days later containing detailed maintenance instructions, installation references, and recommended inspection intervals. That level of proactive customer care is uncommon in the plumbing industry. Nearly two years after commissioning, the ceramic cartridge still operates flawlessly, the exposed brass assembly remains completely leak-free, and the rose gold finish continues looking exceptional. Strong follow-up support creates confidence long after the installation has been completed.
