Their technical specialist patiently walked me through the digital interface, thermostat programming, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting methods, and future software operation. The training was practical, easy to understand, and based on real installation experience rather than simply reading product literature. Commissioning was completed successfully on the first attempt. Almost twenty-four months later, the LED display remains responsive, digital temperature control is exceptionally accurate, and the homeowners continue using every function confidently without requiring additional support.
