Slow shipping January 6, 2019 Reviewer: Tony from Oregon   The faucet is great and  no complaints about it whatsoever. It came well-packaged and in good condition, and it works absolutely well. The only thin I would like to complain about would the the slow shipping. Waiting for this to arrive was excruciating, especially since we needed to have it installed right away. Unique design May 11, 2017 Reviewer: Myla from Charlotte   I really like the design of this faucet.  very unique and very different from the ones that  used to seeing. It kind of reminds me about those Japanese bamboo fountains or something like that. Anyway, the design is excellent and the finish looks superb. Nice looking faucet August 11, 2016 Reviewer: Risa from Oregon   This faucet actually reminds me of one that I saw in a Japanese Zen garden, except that that one was made with real bamboo, and it was of course bigger. That's one of the reasons why I chose this one, because  trying to for a 'zen' look in the bathroom, you know the one with bamboo plants and all.  pretty with this one, and  helped me achieve my objectives.
