My reputation depends heavily on the products I leave behind after construction, so I'm selective about every plumbing fixture included in a luxury home. This thermostatic shower has now been installed in three different residences completed over the last two years. The consistency between those projects has been exceptional. Every homeowner reports stable temperature control, dependable diverter operation, and virtually maintenance-free ownership. None of the installations have generated warranty callbacks or post-completion adjustments. That level of repeat success gives me confidence to continue specifying this model without questioning whether it will perform as expected.
