Following repeated servicing complaints involving earlier dark oil-rubbed-bronze dispensers developing unstable infrared response, inconsistent soap release, and visible finish wear across several executive-office restroom renovation projects between 2021 and 2025, we upgraded multiple facilities to this solid-brass commercial dispenser system, and by 2026 the operational reliability has remained considerably more dependable than previous ORB dispensing fixtures maintained in comparable high-use environments. Earlier bronze-finish systems frequently required repeated recalibration near mirrored backsplashes and often produced uneven soap output under fluctuating refill-pressure conditions, whereas this dispenser maintained highly stable motion detection with balanced dispensing performance throughout continuous commercial operation. Previous ORB units also struggled with moisture spotting and upkeep visibility under demanding maintenance schedules, while this system retained a noticeably cleaner appearance with fewer operational concerns overall. Several installations initially required slight sensitivity refinements because of varying countertop placement and basin depth, but once calibrated the dispensing consistency, infrared timing stability, and servicing reliability remained highly dependable across all operating facilities.
