The homeowners were genuinely concerned about relying on a phone-controlled shower because they worried future software or connectivity issues would affect everyday usability. We demonstrated every control method before handover and confirmed that normal shower operation remained straightforward even for family members who preferred traditional controls. Those early concerns disappeared quickly. Nearly two years later, the smart features remain dependable, the thermostatic performance has never drifted, and the family now considers remote operation one of the most practical conveniences added during the renovation rather than a complicated technology experiment.
