I stopped by this project recently to discuss a kitchen remodel with the same homeowners and couldn't resist asking how their shower had been performing. Instead of mentioning maintenance or repairs, they immediately talked about how much they still enjoyed using it every day. I inspected the controls, rainfall outlet, handheld function, and finish while I was there, and everything remained in excellent condition. After nearly two years of regular household use, the system continues operating exactly as originally installed. Real conversations with long-term owners provide far more confidence than any specification sheet ever could.
