This shower wasn't installed in a showcase bathroom—it went into a luxury rental where premium fixtures usually receive far more abuse than owner-occupied homes. I expected at least a few maintenance tickets during the first year, especially considering the property's frequent tenant turnover. Surprisingly, none were related to this shower. Each inspection found the thermostatic controls operating consistently, the finish remaining presentable, and the rainfall function performing without noticeable degradation. After multiple lease cycles, I've spent far less time managing this bathroom than others equipped with less expensive fixtures, making the higher initial investment financially worthwhile.
