I've integrated dozens of connected bathroom systems, and my biggest concern is always whether homeowners will still use the smart features months later. This phone-controlled shower surprised me because the mobile controls became part of the family's normal routine instead of a novelty. Temperature presets worked consistently, response time remained excellent, and there were no connectivity complaints during follow-up visits. Nearly two years after installation, the owners still rely on the app every morning. That level of long-term engagement tells me the engineering focused on usability rather than simply adding technology for marketing purposes.
