During procurement, another manufacturer offered a lower-priced alternative with a shorter delivery time, and the client nearly changed the specification at the last minute. I encouraged them to stay with this model because the technical documentation, material quality, and long-term service support were noticeably stronger. Looking back, it proved to be the right recommendation. Seventeen months after installation, the polished chrome finish still reflects like new, thermostatic operation remains remarkably consistent, and the homeowner recently asked us to specify the exact same shower system for an upcoming vacation home project.
