The faucet and dispenser was great. They were easy to install and both worked fine and up to expectations. The thing is that the delivery service took too long. It was frustrating to have to wait that long for this thing to arrive. I would have given this a complete five star rating but I can't get over the poor service.

When I first tried this out after being installed, I had trouble getting the soap out of the dispenser. I actually think that  weak. But after a few days of use, it became okay. Good thing it did or else I'd send this back for a replacement or a refund.
