On a townhouse renovation, I selected this shower set as the design-build contractor because the prior trim package felt flimsy and hard to service. It needs no external power, and the head plus hand shower held an even 2.1 GPM in testing. Performance stayed stable from 30-80 psi. The brass valvework and stainless components feel far more dependable than thin plated sets sold for quick flips.

On the Kraus setup, on a custom bath project, the spray distribution, valve response, and build quality were better than the lower-cost system we replaced. Support emailed the rough-in sheet same day; one call resolved calibration cleanly. Packing was excellent and damage free. It outperformed the brand we used last year. I would specify it again.

best thing about this set is how customisable it is, I was able to select the best elements of a load of other shower sets and put them all together, and all for one bargain price.  I was also greatly pleased with how quick it came as website said it would be a couple of weeks, but came much quicker.  All round winner.
