The delivery promise was pushed back and I wasn't proactively notified when the schedule changed. For a larger hospitality purchase, I expected much clearer communication around something as important as delivery. The whirlpool spa fortunately justified the decision to stay with the order. It gives the suite a much stronger wellness component and has the kind of substantial presence expected from a feature intended for a premium hospitality environment.

Getting a straightforward update after placing the order took too much effort. Emails were slow to receive responses and I had to follow up several times before getting useful shipping information. On the positive side, the spa itself arrived in good condition and the massage features have been working well. Better post-purchase support would have made this a considerably better experience.
