This shower head is definitely an improvement from what I had for the last 13 years. The greater width of the shower head really makes a difference! I love feeling more surrounded by water when  showering and the pressure is great. Finally I feel like all the shampoo and conditioner is rinsed out without extra effort!!! I have a TON of hair so that really means something to me.
