Its sensor response is stable and well-controlled, with a practical activation range that helps reduce false triggering while still keeping handwashing intuitive for users. The body construction feels substantial, and the brushed nickel finish adds both design value and better resistance to visible wear in demanding environments. For contractors and maintenance staff, the unit is easier to work with than many low-grade sensor fixtures. Access, stability, and overall fitment support a smoother install and a more predictable ownership experience. BathSelect’s support team was also helpful during setup, providing clear answers on configuration, finish questions, and calibration expectations instead of generic responses. Overall, it performs like a well-considered commercial restroom fixture: dependable activation, durable construction, and a finish package that supports both design intent and long-term ownership value. As a Commercial Contractor, we struggled with false activation on prior units causing water waste. This BathSelect faucet has shown zero false triggers over months, with precise infrared sensing and stable flow. It reduced maintenance calls and improved efficiency.
