Our plumber was surprised at the price and how nice this was after he kept suggesting a switch to a different brand due to the ease of changing out the cartridge if/when problems arise. After researching online & w/ other plumber friends... this was the best idea although I gravitate to Bath Select.
We DIY installed after the plumber got new lines in and pulled/twisted max hot water allowance on the cartridge- so all we had to do was put it on when the rest of the shower was complete.
Easy, nice, sturdy, will use the same rough in valve now we can just replace hardware style & cartridge if we ever need to instead of opening the wall and replacing the entire system.
Went on the cheep, got Light Oil Rubbed Bronze & sprayed. Happy with this purchase.
