My responsibility was reviewing every completed bathroom before handing the property over to the owners. This shower system stood out because every component aligned precisely with the approved construction documents, allowing the inspection process to move quickly without corrective work. During later warranty visits covering unrelated items throughout the home, I routinely checked this installation as well. The body jets, rainfall outlet, and handheld shower all continued operating exactly as originally commissioned. Nearly two years later, there have been no leaks behind finished walls, no finish deterioration, and no homeowner requests for service.
