What installation conditions should be verified before mounting a commercial sensor faucet?

Verify deck thickness, mounting hole diameter, under-deck clearance, supply line routing, power source location, and accessibility for future maintenance.

What operating pressure provides reliable sensor faucet performance?

Stable water pressure within the manufacturer's specified operating range helps ensure reliable solenoid valve response and consistent flow characteristics.

Why should supply lines be flushed before connecting the electronic control assembly?

Flushing removes construction debris and sediment that could obstruct the solenoid valve, aerator, filters, or internal water passages.

How should the infrared sensing zone be adjusted during commissioning?

The sensing distance should be adjusted according to sink geometry, ambient lighting, reflective surfaces, and user position to minimize false activation.

What clearance should be maintained beneath the sink for electronic components?

Adequate clearance should be maintained for the control box, solenoid valve, power source, shut-off valves, and future servicing requirements.

What commissioning tests should be completed after installation?

Verify sensor response, automatic shut-off timing, leak-free plumbing connections, power supply operation, and consistent water flow before project handover.

What maintenance procedures support long-term sensor reliability?

Routine maintenance includes cleaning the sensor window, inspecting electrical connections, replacing power sources as required, cleaning the aerator, and checking the solenoid valve.

How can false sensor activation be minimized in commercial installations?

Proper sensor alignment, appropriate sensing distance, avoidance of reflective surfaces, and correct installation height help reduce unintended activation.

We just added a master bathroom to our home and searched for quite a while for a shower system that was befitting to the look we wanted. My husband did not have any issues installing this. It looks great in our bathroom & the quality is spot on. I had initially read from a few individuals that installation was difficult but.I see this as a "people" problem vs. a product problem.

I ordered this Bravat shower last month and got it installed by contractor last week. The product is even better when you see it up close and in person. I have no regrets!

I just don't like the delivery time. I had to wait two weeks before this Bravat shower arrived. Aside from that it just works and looks great.
