    For the Nantes installation, as a remodeling contractor, I liked the low threshold, rigid shell, and even jet response during fill testing. Support sent install notes and parts confirmation quickly; they stayed on the line through commissioning. The crate arrived square and well padded. It was a clear upgrade in consistency and service. I would specify it again.
