I specified this Chatou exposed brushed gold shower system for a luxury residence where accessibility to all serviceable components was a major project requirement. Before rough-in, I contacted BathSelect's engineering support to verify valve spacing, mounting tolerances, and recommended operating pressure. The engineer immediately reviewed my drawings, confirmed the installation dimensions, and provided additional technical documentation that eliminated several field questions before construction even began. Nearly two years after commissioning, the thermostatic controls remain exceptionally accurate, the rainfall head delivers balanced coverage, and every exposed connection remains perfectly dry. Having direct access to technically knowledgeable engineers substantially reduced installation risk and reinforced my confidence in specifying this system again.
