For the Juno Large installation, on an accessibility retrofit, the door seal compression, drain evacuation, and jet balance were stronger than expected. Support emailed the rough-in sheet same day; one call resolved calibration cleanly. Packing was excellent and damage free. It outperformed the brand we used last year. I would specify it again.
