Coordinating this shower order for our hotel renovation became harder when several calls went unanswered. By the time someone responded, our installer was already asking for an updated schedule. Service aside, the completed shower has been well received. The square wall-mounted design looks sharp in the guest bathrooms, and having jet sprays together with the hand shower gives guests noticeably more flexibility.

The hardest part was coordinating the installation because the shipment status stayed vague longer than expected. With several rooms depending on the schedule, even a simple proactive update would have helped. The completed shower made up some ground, though. Between the square overhead shower, jet sprays and hand shower, the setup offers excellent coverage and feels well suited to a hotel bathroom.
