Reaching a real person took several attempts, and one call wasn't returned at all. That made the customer-service side of the purchase unnecessarily tiring. Fortunately, the matte black faucet was exactly the visual direction I wanted. The dark finish gives the commercial restroom a more contemporary identity, and the hands-free operation adds useful functionality without compromising the clean appearance.

An attractive product offered at a reasonable price. The finish beautifully complements our light fixtures, creating a wonderful overall aesthetic. We chose to incorporate this industrial sensor faucet into every bathroom during a hotel renovation, and Bathselect provided excellent service.

The response to my order question was disappointingly slow, and the first answer didn't really address what I was asking. It took another message before I received useful information. Once the faucet arrived, my impression improved. The matte black finish gives it a sharp contemporary look, and the hands-free sensor functionality has been practical for the restroom.
