BathSelect Touchless Faucets & Soap Systems

Built for High-Throughput Commercial Restrooms

BathSelect touchless bathroom faucets and automatic soap dispensers are engineered for airports, offices, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. Infrared/ToF sensing, AC/DC power flexibility, and commercial-grade brass or stainless construction support uptime and water efficiency in heavy-traffic applications.

Installation Guidelines

  1. Rough-in & Power: Provide AC outlet in the vanity/sink base or plan for DC battery pack access. Maintain clear service access for solenoid, control box, and soap reservoir.
  2. Water Mixing: Use a thermostatic mixing valve (ASSE 1070/1017) for safe delivery; cold-fail shutoff recommended.
  3. Sensor Aiming: Keep spout-to-basin distances per cut sheet to avoid bounce, and calibrate sensing distance if applicable.
  4. Soap System: For multi-feed, locate reservoir above pumps where specified; route tubing to each dispenser per manufacturer layout.
  5. Commissioning: Verify flow rate, auto-shutoff, purge/flush routine, and BIM/asset tags for CMMS/BMS where used.

Compliance & Compatibility

  • ADA: Hands-free activation supports accessible operation; verify mounting heights/clearances per local code.
  • WaterSense / Low-flow: 0.35–0.5 GPM laminar options for hygienic, water-saving operation.
  • Plumbing: Fits standard U.S. plumbing; typical ―″ connections, model-specific on spec sheet.
  • Power: AC driver or DC battery pack; some SKUs offer hot-swappable batteries.
  • BMS/Smart: Selected smart SKUs provide telemetry & setup via BLE/IR, with options for BACnet/IP, Modbus TCP, or MQTT where offered.

Multi-Feed Soap Systems

For banks of sinks, multi-feed reservoirs can drive multiple automatic soap dispensers from a single tank, simplifying maintenance and refill cycles in stadiums, schools, and airports.

Digital / Smart & Telemetry

Digital thermostatic control, commissioning via mobile, and (on smart SKUs) optional BMS connectivity help facilities teams monitor usage and uptime across high-throughput fixtures.
