Our hotel purchasing team had to follow up repeatedly because no proactive order updates were being provided. The product wasn't the problem; knowing when it would actually arrive was. Installation ultimately produced the result we wanted. This order required more coordination than it should have. The arrival estimate wasn't dependable enough for us to confidently schedule the hotel bathroom work, and we eventually had to rearrange labor. The finished installation was much more successful. The round shower design feels clean rather than overly decorative, and the brushed nickel finish works naturally with the other guest-bath hardware.
