Narrow guest bathrooms in our converted office hotel could not accommodate bulky vanity hardware without looking crowded. The contemporary wall-mounted commercial sensor faucet solved that limitation by moving the operating hardware away from the counter and giving the stone surface much-needed visual breathing room. Housekeeping also benefits because there is less equipment to clean around during rapid turnovers. Plumbing locations were templated after the first room to keep subsequent installations consistent. A difficult spatial constraint ultimately produced one of the cleanest vanity arrangements in the renovation.
