For the Berlin Round installation, as a remodeling contractor, I liked the low threshold, rigid shell, and even jet response during fill testing. Support emailed the rough-in sheet same day; one call resolved calibration cleanly. Packing was excellent and damage free. It outperformed the brand we used last year. I would specify it again.
