Modernizing washrooms in our judicial administration building did not justify replacing serviceable chrome accessories solely to create a different aesthetic. The chrome automatic faucet and soap dispenser allowed facilities to preserve that established material standard while introducing touchless operation where users notice it most. Procurement avoided a broader accessory package, and technicians retained a familiar visual environment. Public-session days provided plenty of traffic for evaluation. The renovation improved the actual handwashing process without turning a targeted equipment replacement into an unnecessarily expensive decorative overhaul.
