The goal was to use one dependable automatic faucet model in higher-traffic washrooms without creating maintenance inconsistency between locations.

Installation has been consistent across sites. Mounting, sensor placement, and supply hookup were straightforward for our plumbing team, and the units arrived packaged well enough that we did not lose time on scratched trim or damaged threads. On a later batch, the sensor response feel was slightly different from earlier units, but operation remained compatible and no major retrofit changes were needed.

Performance has been stable under daily commercial use. Sensor activation is responsive, shutoff timing is predictable, and water flow has remained consistent without random cycling or nuisance run-on. Across higher-use restroom environments, we have not seen systemic failure patterns, and the faucet has done what a commercial hands-free unit should do: reduce touch points while staying reliable under repeated daily demand.

Finish durability has held up well overall through normal cleaning cycles. A few high-touch or splash-prone areas show minor surface wear consistent with commercial use, but no peeling, corrosion, or obvious coating failure. The visible body still presents cleanly, which matters in public-facing restroom upgrades.

BathSelect support was useful when we confirmed replacement-part availability before rolling the same model into more than one site. That matters for touchless faucets because long-term value is not just the initial install—it is whether parts and service continuity remain available when one location needs maintenance while others are still in operation.
