1. Massage jet has little spray
May be due to one or more of the following:
(1) The jet may be jammed.
(2) The controlling valve is not opened completely.
(3) Low hydraulic pressure.
(4) The outlet of the pump is jammed.
2. Massage jet doesn't work
May be due to one or more of the following:
(1) The connection tube may be broken.
(2) The conversion switch doesn't work.
(3) Check to see if the electromagnetic valve is jammed or no water.
(4) Check whether the electromagnetic valve is powered.
(5) If no power, then your circuit board may be the problem. If it is not displaying, then the control board is the problem. Please contact us for further assistance.
(6) If your circuit board has power, check to see if the electromagnetic valve is broken.
3. Water tube leakage
May be due to one or more of the following:
(1) Faulty connection.
(2) The cold and hot water faucets are loose.
(3) The tube clip is loose.
4. Steam room leakage
May be due to one or more of the following:
(1) Water tube is broken.
(2) The connection is fixed too firmly or loosely.
(3) Quality of the valve or tube.
(4) Sealing problem or the glass falls down.
(5) Poor sealing of the glass door.
(6) Spraying electromagnetic valve leaks.
(7) Check the drainpipe.
(8) Drainpipe may be broken.
(9) The drainpipe shifts.
5. The ventilated fan doesn't work
(1) Change and correct the positive and negative poles.
(2) Check whether the wiring and earthing are correct and connected.
(3) Check to see if the power plug is loose.
(4) If there is no power, the control board or circuit board may be the problem. To check electric current: listen to the connector sound. If it has sound, it is normal. Check the display screen. If it displays, there is electrical current. Use a multimeter (D.V. 50V) to verify.
6. The radio doesn't work
(1) If the radio has no sound, the control board or circuit board may be the problem.
(2) If you hear a “hissing” sound, check whether the speaker is burned or wires are loose.
(3) If no “hissing” sound, the relay may be broken.
7. Steam room shuts off automatically or fuse burns
If this problem occurs, the loading power of the creepage switch and fuse may be too small. It is suggested to replace them with higher loading power versions. If that does not resolve the issue, check whether the steam generator has creepage or if the internal thermo protector is broken.
NOTICE:
For best maintenance results, apply detergent to an unobvious part first, then use it on the entire product. Clean immediately. Do not leave detergent on the surface. Rinse with water and dry thoroughly.
Sensor Faucets FAQ
Traditional faucets can transmit germs when users touch handles before and after washing. Motion sensor faucets eliminate contact, improving hygiene. BathSelect carries residential and commercial electronic sensor faucets featuring proximity activation, vandal-resistant solid brass construction, and single post mounting.
Units operate on DC (battery) or AC permanent power. Some models are self-powered using stored energy from water flow. Operating pressure range: 20–125 PSI with 15" flexible stainless steel hose and 3/8" compression fitting.
Battery life: approximately 250,000 cycles (≈5 years at 4,000 cycles/month).
Plug-In AC: 80–250 VAC input, 50–60 Hz. Output 6VDC. One power supply runs up to 15 faucets/flush valves.
Hard-Wired AC: 80–250 VAC input, 50–60 Hz. Output 6VDC. One transformer runs up to 15 faucets.
Sensor Faucets Main Product Features
Motion sensor faucets operate via infrared signal reflection. The sensor sends an invisible signal and activates when reflected by hand movement.
Features include:
• Water-resistant solenoid enclosure
• Vandal-resistant brass body
• Integrated strainer protecting solenoid from debris
• Optional purge feature
• Safety timer (shuts off if covered >1 minute)
• Low lead (≤0.25% weighted average)
Designed for residential and commercial high-use applications.
Where is the sensor?
Located on the front of the spout above the water outlet. The unit is self-calibrating at startup. Refer to installation manual for adjustments if required.
Is the faucet sensing range adjustable?
Factory setting: 4"–5". Adjustable from short to extended range. Most installations do not require adjustment.
What do flashing lights on the spout mean?
Diagnostic indicators for power-up, low battery, and solenoid function. Refer to installation manual for code meanings.
Can the spray insert/aerator be serviced or changed?
Three types available. Removal tool located under crown locks insert in place. Timer includes 30-second adjustment variable. Refer to manual for procedures.
Is there a trim plate available? (Single Hole Faucets)
Yes. Available in 4" or 8" trim plates (most models). Internal components are not interchangeable.
Can faucet be mounted to any sink surface?
Yes. Minimum 1 3/16" hole required to mount spout into deck.
Do units with mixing valve need backflows installed?
No. Backflows on mixing variation are integral to spout assembly.
What is input voltage and power supply type?
6.75 VDC output. Available in battery or line powered variations.
Battery unit: (4) AA alkaline batteries.
Plug-in adapter: 90–264 VAC input / 6.75 VDC output.
How long will batteries last?
Battery life depends on activation frequency, pressure, and electronics efficiency. Under worst-case 8,000 cycles/month and high pressure, service life may reach 5 years.
How do I service the solenoid/filter?
Remove crown to access solenoid. Rotate solenoid cap 45° counterclockwise to shut off internal water supply. Filter is serviceable; solenoid must be replaced if faulty.
How can I reset the unit?
Remove battery pack (battery units). For plug-in units, refer to installation manual to re-initiate startup.
How can I control temperature?
