Project Type: Commercial Restroom Upgrade
Purchased: 2023
• Delivered: 2023
• Installed: 2023–2024
• Usage: 2–3 years across locations
Use case
We standardized this brushed nickel touchless faucet across several office and medical-admin restroom upgrades where hygiene control, predictable activation, and reduced touch points mattered more than decorative styling. The goal was to use one dependable motion-sensor faucet model across multiple washrooms without creating maintenance inconsistency between locations.
Installation
Installation has been consistent across sites. Deck mounting, control-box setup, and supply hookup were straightforward for our plumbing team, and the units arrived packaged well enough that we did not lose time on damaged trim or scratched finish. On a later batch, the sensor response felt slightly different from earlier units, but operation remained compatible and did not require fixture changes at the sink deck.
Performance
Performance has been stable under daily commercial use. Sensor activation is responsive, shutoff timing is predictable, and flow behavior has remained consistent without nuisance run-on or irregular cycling. Across higher-use restroom environments, we have not seen systemic failure patterns, and the faucet has performed the way a commercial hands-free unit should under repeated daily demand.
Finish
Finish durability has held up well overall through routine cleaning cycles. A few splash-prone or high-contact areas show minor surface wear consistent with commercial use, but no peeling, corrosion, or obvious coating failure. The brushed nickel body still presents cleanly, which matters in public-facing restroom upgrades where appearance degrades quickly on lower-tier sensor faucets.
Support experience
BathSelect support was useful when we confirmed replacement-part availability before carrying the same model into multiple sites. That matters for touchless faucets because long-term value is not only the initial install—it is whether parts continuity remains available when one location needs service while the others are still in operation.
